Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I foster dogs that are in high kill shelters in the Mid-West, and have no other place to go
Why are you participating?:

To show people that you can NEVER judge a book by its cover. I want to show my two daughters that they can be proud of who they are, no matter what others say or how they may be judged. Hopefully, when they are older, they won't be discouraged by being different and independent.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I play the ukulele for the pediatric patients and make them smile and sing along .
Why are you participating?:

To have fun and promote the healing power of the Ukulele .

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I am a high school math teacher. I teach classes for students who have recently arrived in the United States, primarily from Latin America. Many of my ELL students have limited former schooling. I provide a classroom environment for them that is safe and supportive. I am a source of encouragement for them to meet their goal of graduating from high school and pursuing their dreams.
Why are you participating?:

I believe in this project and the founder.

Vania

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I plant fruit trees, grow vegetables and teach my 5 year old nephew to do it so while having fun. Try to be an informed citizen and empathic human being, in order to make the right choices for not doing harm to me or other beings. My work goes around counter-human trafficking and the improvement of migration.
Why are you participating?:

I found the project very interesting but also when you are being a tourist and are stopped for taking your pictures in a salsa studio, you just say I'm in.

Lynne

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I volunteered at the food bank
Why are you participating?:

Because I think we should be accepting of each other regardless of what or who they are

Julianne

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I have volunteered at a local animal shelter as well as provided assistance and information to local public about rescuing pets and finding forever homes for the many amazing loving animals that are homeless. The most recent deed was helping a turtle cross the road so it didn't get squished!
Why are you participating?:

I think this is a fantastic project that allows us to break through and show our humanity. There aren't enough labels to define us since we are each unique and special in our own way. Each one of us has the ability to compassionately reach out and do something good.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
As a teacher of students with disabilities, I make sure that everyday I provide my students with the support, resources, and the care they need in order to ensure their personal growth and academic success. Being part of my students' growth and success is very rewarding and it is one of the reasons why I love my job so much. As a mother, and as a professional Latina woman, I want to be a role model for my sons and students. I want them to know that with motivation, dedication, and effort dreams and goals can be achieved.
Why are you participating?:

I like the No Evil Project concept that promotes the fact that what makes us special and unique are our differences!
