Tell Us Your Good Deed:
This past week I volunteered at United Way of Central Massachusetts for their Immediate Impact Food Pack. I joined about 20 other volunteers for a couple of hours to help pack food for the hungry. It was a rewarding experience and just goes to show that even a small amount of time can make a difference.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
One recent good deed involves volunteering for a local neighborhood group. Currently I am in charge of social marketing and taking minutes for the Green Hill Neighborhood Association in Worcester, MA. We plan different activities to bring people together to make a better community. This month we celebrated Earth day by picking up trash in our neighborhood. It feels great to be part of the solution!
Why are you participating?:

I'm participating because I believe that there is more good than evil, more love than hate, and negative labels certainly can have an effect on people. You can choose to fit in the box of the label or you can break out of it. Some labels are forced onto you - fight it! Education is the key.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I'm that person who wakes up early morning during the holidays to go to my church to feed the homeless.
Why are you participating?:

As most people don't know about me, I did many good deeds in my life that go unnoticed which is why I like it besides the point where people being labeling me as something I'm not. I think it's time the labeling ends, sooner the better.
