Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I have been a volunteer for 17+ years for the Town of Clinton's Olde Home Day. An annual event that brings the community together, both young and old. Clinton’s Olde Home Day was started in 2000, following the town’s 150th anniversary.
Why are you participating?:

To show how much good there is in the world today.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I help people with disabilities and I donate breast milk to babies in need.

The smallest act of kindness can have the largest impact on someone else's life. Always remember to be kind and spread the love.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I help people everyday in my career, I'm a physical therapist. I love the people I work with and go to great lengths to make sure they are as independent as they can realistically be. Secretly I have bought things for my patients that they need and insurance won't pay for...
Why are you participating?:

I am participating because I am more than just a lesbian and I struggle everyday when talking about my wife in my career, which is hard not to do when chatting with clients/patients.

My good deed is to bring health and wellness to the students of the Worcester Public Schools through the terrific Health Education and Physical Education teachers.

I believe this project is important in discovering who I am and who other people believe they are.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
As a Case Manager I have been part of a non profit organization helping the homeless in the community. Even though is my job I'm able to go the extra mile and help them to satisfy their needs and achieve some of their goals. Every day I try to do my best to help anyone in need.
Why are you participating?:

I was invited to be part of this beautiful project and the main reason that motivated me was that we need to raise awareness and educate our communities that we need to stop judging others identity, learn to accept ourselves and accept others for who they are.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
This past week I volunteered at United Way of Central Massachusetts for their Immediate Impact Food Pack. I joined about 20 other volunteers for a couple of hours to help pack food for the hungry. It was a rewarding experience and just goes to show that even a small amount of time can make a difference.
