We all have an idea of how we look. We all have an idea of who we are and how we are seen by others. For me that idea often makes me insecure, but can make me confident in ways too. It's important to identify who you are, and be confident about it. Knowing how labels have effected your own life can help prevent others from using them negatively; Labels can be devistating or uplifting. Let's go for uplifting.
