While working at a movie theatre I provided medical assistance to a man suffering from a heart attack. I believe in helping whenever I am able and feel blessed that I could be of assistance to him.

I am a volunteer junior advisor at the YWCA's INIT initiative program. I was a delegate my senior year at the organization which focuses on the social justice issues that plague young teenagers today. We also talk about how we plan to make a difference in our school, work, and home communities.
Why are you participating?:

Why are you participating?:

I refuse to label myself or perpetuate the labels others have tried to attach to me in order to define me. i choose which labels I let stick. No one can define me or lump me into a group unless I allow it. I've been called many things....some true and some untrue.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
One day at the grocery store i helped an elderly woman do her shopping helping her get what she needed as we talked about life..she was amazing and very funny. afterwards i helped her to her car and carried her bags for her. Before she left she thanked me and said if she would have had a child she hoped they turned out like me.
