Diane

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I am good gramma watching my twin grandkids 3 days a week while mom works. Also help my elderly neighbor from time to time with small chores, also drive my friend to the doctor's office or hospital when in need of procedures. Love volunteering at the Hanover Theatre and being involved with the public.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
God has given me the strength to create Worcester Music Therapy Services, that I may bring music and healing to children and young adults with neurological impairments. Within each child is a heart of music, sound, pulse and song radiating outwardly waiting for all to listen.
Why are you participating?:

I am participating to bring about positive change in my community of Worcester.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I am the President of the Community Service Club at my school!
Why are you participating?:

I am participating because my goal is to make our community a better place! I strongly believe in individualism and free expression! As an artist I am inspired by everything and anything! I write music because I want to communicate with others and annihilate labels that are put on us!

Jillian

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
My friends and I went to Beacon Of Hope, a place for mentally disabled people to socialize with people like them, and helped out in the kitchen and played bingo with the people there. We met people who we will never forget and had a lot of fun.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I helped create a club in my high school to spread awareness for Peace One Day, which occurs September 21st of each year.
Why are you participating?:

To show that there is diversity at Quinnipiac University.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I promote local artists. I am a potter and am eager to promote using handmade items in our everyday lives, from hand thrown coffee mugs, to blown glasses. It's not about my art, it's about using anyone's art in our daily routines. Let's move away from the disconnect we sometimes feel and close this gap by including handmade articles in our rituals and routines. Let's all recognize how truly connected we are to one another.
Why are you participating?:

I am participating because I'm a 51 year old, self-employed potter, who loves art, the outdoors, and adventure. I am very busy with my production work and i frequently am running events back to back.
