I think it's good to try and show how labels effect people. I have been called and labeled many things while in truth I'm just me!

Once I saw a homeless woman on the street with a baby, I instantly stopped and gave her 5 dollars, I would have gave her more if I had more in my wallet.
Why are you participating?: 

Labels have made me feel insecure, sad, and less empowered in my life. I hope that degrading and hurtful labels will soon die out so that people can live together peacefully without constantly feeling judged.

I like to participate in local events and things to help support my local community. I feel that it is up to us as a community member to help make sure that the community stays strong.

Tell Us Your Good Deed: 
I helped in two different builds for homes for deserving families. It was so inspiring to see how many people came out to help build homes for these families without even knowing them personally...just wanting to be part of helping others in need. It was very heart warming.
