I made a little boy feel smart and needed by letting him help me at work then reading a comic book with him.
Why are you participating?:
People have treated me like I don't matter or I'm not capable at my job because I'm young, blond, and a woman. I'm tired of being judged on artificial criteria instead of "the content of my character." I believe that if we are all just a little bit kinder the world would be an amazing place.
