Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I have volunteered at my local hospital since I was a Freshman in high school. While I don't volunteer as often as I did in the past, my contribution to the hospital makes me feel like I've made a difference in the community and improving the lives of those in need.
Why are you participating?:
There is so many prejudices and preconceived notions that people make about others subconsciously, without even getting to know the person. It's important to look past labels and accept people for who they are, and take the time to learn about the characteristics about each other that makes us unique. Having an open mind will go very far.
