Tell Us Your Good Deed:
As a Resident Assistant for freshmen I strove to open the lines of communication through establishing tolerance and respect among one another. I also believe in love. I have hope for the future. I try to live each day as its my last, so I will never have any regrets.
Why are you participating?:

I am participating in the No Evil Project because it is a wonderful outreach effort to spread diversity in the local community. Everyone is different, unique and special. This is an important cause that has made me look at diversity in ways I never thought possible.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
The other day, a friend of mine was struggling with the thought of a presentation at the end of the day. After a few minutes of calming down, I sat with my friend and we went through the presentation over and over until he felt comfortable enough. With a little support and courage, my friend was able to conquer his fear and present with no problems. He said he hadn't been so proud of himself in a very long time, and it was all thanks to me.
Why are you participating?:

I am participating in this for all the kids who haven't found their voice yet. I'm one of the many who don't listen to the stereotypes which have been labeled to myself.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I volunteer for a variety of causes: environmental, social, art, education. I give my time, my legal skills, and my treasure. I've gone to the Dominican Republic with one daughter to volunteer in the bateys (sugar cane farming villages) and am going back in April with my other daughter. Mostly, though, I try to remember to express my gratitude to people and love to make folks smile with my humor.
Why are you participating?:

Labels are so limiting. Yeah, I'm a lawyer but I'm not a jerk.
