Tell Us Your Good Deed:
My father and I had a great conversation with a gentleman at a bar. We were all having lunch, so when our bill came I told the bartender to put our new found friend's lunch on my bill. We paid and left without telling the gentleman, whose name I honestly don't even remember. It was such a great feeling.
Why are you participating?:

We're all so much more than what people see at first. What a fantastic program!

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I recently walked in the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of the Darkness walk. I wear their wristband and advocate for others to talk openly about mental health issues. I do this to put myself out there, because in similarity I hope that others may find camaraderie and, talk about their struggles, knowing they aren't alone.
Why are you participating?:

Mental health is on the cusp of being something we talk about. It is beginning to shed the skin of something we refuse to see. People are being heard. As an outspoken mental health advocate, this project represents everything I believe about shattering the stigma surrounding labels.

I smile every day In class to make my classmates and teacher see the positive side of life and I tell them that their smile is the best wrinkle they would ever have. I smile because with a smile you may light up somebody's world, so smile, make yours and someone else's life better
Why are you participating?:

To make other people in my class join also to show other people that even something as small as just taking pictures can light up someone's world to the max and may show them something positive of themselves and make them feel better.

I started a tumblr blog that's a safe place for gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender etc. along with people who get bullied for being "Nerds" or for liking something different where they can just come to de-stress.
Why are you participating?:

I believe everyone has to make their own decisions in life. Having people physically and mentally abusing you for how YOU decode you should live YOUR life shouldn't be and option. Just do you, do it right, you only get one book that's your life... Make it a good one.
