Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I listen to others and try to help them through problems. I adopt abandoned cats. Most importantly, whenever I pass people on the street I smile at them or offer another kind gesture, because you never know if they're having a rotten day.
Why are you participating?:

In the midst of all the bad in the world, goodness still exists. This project is a perfect way to prove that.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I aim to be a good Father, raising responsible, free thinking, informed, polite and caring Children. I endeavor to bring joy through the performance of music, and I give the best hugs ever, so I am told, so there's joy in that too. :)
Why are you participating?:

Because I think this is a very novel way of expressing that though we are all so varied as individuals, we are at the core one thing: human. Profound.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
Twice a year for at least 10 years, I have organized a drive at my job to collect women's career clothes. Donations go to Martha's Closet in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where they are available for women needing appropriate clothes for job interviews and for starting out in their new jobs. I feel good about facilitating the re-use of lots of good clothes, and about helping women who might need a good break for once.
Why are you participating?:

It's empowering for me to think about and acknowledge publicly the absurdity of stereotyping and labeling others. We're all different in many ways, but we're all the same in many more.
