Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I try to make at least one person laugh everyday . Even if it is for that one minute, it is important to let all insecurities and stresses go because I believe the best thing in life is laughter. Hopefully my laughter is contagious and helps people bring joy to their lives.

With the assistance of my wife, we started a food pantry for the less fortunate in a local community. It's celebrating its 5 year! Also, with the help of my wife, we re-established a scholarship program for local students.
Why are you participating?:

I was asked very nicely!!

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I decided to spend the rest of my life committed to rehabilitating injured people. I have seen how an injury can psychologically effect someone and I chose to help people for the rest of my life. As an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist, it will be my obligation to help people no matter what their background is to increase their quality of life. Accidents happen and people get hurt. It is important to have someone passionate and always smiling there by your side to make your life back to the way you want it to be. To me, going into medicine was one of the most selfless life decisions I could have made for myself and pledge to help other people get healthy and happy.
Why are you participating?:

Growing up I was always infatuated with my religion and decided to find ways to put it into my life. After I graduated high school, I decided to take a year off and moved to live in Israel for that year. While there I was able to volunteer and learned a lot about myself.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I love to live, and I live to love. Whether it is through volunteering at the local health clinic or lending my time to help a friend out with his homework, I try to be as altruistic as possible with the interests of others in my mind at all times. On a more broad spectrum, I am interested in global health equity. "Where you live shouldn't decide if you live" and "healthcare is a human right" are two statements that I firmly believe in.

I'm currently thankful to be organizing Quinnipiac's Big Event 2012, The nation's largest one-day student run community service event.
Why are you participating?:

I enjoy getting involved in different events on Quinnipiac's campus and showing support for my school.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
Every day I try to do a good deed, whether it's holding a door for a friend, or smiling at a stranger. For me, I feel like it is the small things that really matter. You never know when someone is having a bad day, and your simple action can turn everything around. Why stop at the little things though? I'm a huge believer in Community Service. My most recent project was to volunteer at a local elementary school. Just showing up, giving those kids something to laugh about, and being a presence, can make a big impact down the road.
Why are you participating?:

I'm participating in the No Evil Project because I want to show that I believe in the good all around us. For me it is an honor to be part of this collection, as each person with me truly believes as I do, that it is the good things in life that we must focus on. Why focus on the negative?
