I went to Kentucky with my church for 9 days 2 years in a row to build houses for the less fortunate. I also volunteer in Morristown, New Jersey with abused children once a week over the summer and on breaks.

I am the vice-president of the ALANA Network at Assumption College. This group focuses on the issues surrounding race and serves to be a safe haven for students of color at Assumption College and I pride myself for being of such a noble organization.

This past March I went on a mission trip to Nicaragua and helped to build a classroom for a school, a university, and also helped to refurbish a zoo. It was the most amazing experience of my life and I plan to return there very soon!

Tell Us Your Good Deed: 
I took some time to connect with my Mom's elder neighbor at the grocery store, he has always impressed me the few times I have seen him as he seems to really care about taking care of himself and his yard/home. Connecting with other and nature, I find is Heaven on Earth!
