I have volunteered for Special Olympics for 4 years. I'm on Management Team Alpine Skiing events. Very rewarding seeing the kids have fun and win metals and be happy.
Why are you participating?:

I want to show people there will always be opinions but it doesn't define you.

We work hard to recycle all of our plastics so they don't end up in the ocean. I am also a photographer who specializes in empowering and encouraging women to love themselves.
Why are you participating?:

We are all human.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I've had the opportunity to support several charitable organizations through volunteering. My favorite was being part of an event committee at an organization that provides art education to high school students!
Why are you participating?:

As a teenager I felt that I had to live up to the labels that others gave me. Now I believe that you are your own person, regardless of how others define you, and that you should embrace all characteristics of who you are.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I try to give back to my community whenever I am able. Bake sales, volunteering at the schools, participating in the town arts program.
Why are you participating?:

Because no matter how busy you are, there is time to be "not" evil.
