Why are you participating?:
In a previous job, I was labeled as "too ethnic". Since moving to Mass. (2015) and becoming a Public Health Nurse, I find it easy to connect with and reach out to people with diverse religious and cultural backgrounds. Respecting the diversity and beliefs of the community you are serving is reciprocated with respect and appreciation.
